It was both for me.I have. Even taken online tests. However I think the proof of gifts is in life not an online test.
A rebel.Who is Korah?
Yes, Jesus does require works to be saved. It does not get any plainer..........Our righteous works have ZERO to do with Salvation!
English Standard Version
he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit,
Berean Study Bible
He saved us, not by the righteous deeds we had done, but according to His mercy, through the washing of new birth and renewal by the Holy Spirit.
Berean Literal Bible
He saved us, not by works in righteousness that we did, but according to His mercy, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,
New American Standard Bible
He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit,
King James Bible
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
A rebel.
Exodus something or other? Numbers, maybe?
Ah, here it is. Numbers 16.
Those are fruits of the Spirit.Yes, Jesus does require works to be saved.
He clearly stated in The Sermon on The Mount that in order to have our sins forgiven, we must first forgive others their trespasses. He also clearly stated if we do not forgive others The Father will not forgive us. Forgiveness of others is a righteous act we must perform to be forgiven by The Father.
Do not argue with me, argue with Jesus.
Those are fruits of the Spirit.
Atheists don’t proclaim Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Try again.
Who is Korah?
False.....another deceived one......It is the GIFT OF GOD not of works PAL!Yes, Jesus does require works to be saved.

Should Jesus' Words be the foundation of our Faith?False.....another deceived one......It is the GIFT OF GOD not of works PAL!
One must forgive all others before forgiveness is received. Matt. 6:14-15.How much work does one need to have before they can be saved? None!
How much work does one need to keep salvation? Wrong question - works is not what keeps you saved!
I don't understand the support for that observation. Is it only one person here who is allowed to call people stupid? Do two wrongs make a right? PS is wrong for calling people names, so too is DC.Agree
I would hope you'd be concerned for what you shall meet as consequence of your actions, rather than gain satisfaction in thinking others shall according to your judgment of them.Guilt by association is in the bible......and calling evil good is also in the bible!! So are the consequences
You cannot possible disagree if you read my post. I addressed false teaching and that it should be corrected, not tolerated.I disagree....you have no idea of the damage a false teacher can do....believe me it's a problem.
Being Christlike is not compromising

The entire bible is the mind of Christ and no where does it say that works save us, help save us or top off salvation.....Should Jesus' Words be the foundation of our Faith?
blah blah blah....I use IGNORANT and have never called him an atheist, I have JUDGED HIS GOSPEL BY THE BIBLE and what he peddles.....regardless...you are siding with a man that devalues Jesus, his blood, his power, his promises and his work on humanities behalf....I don't understand the support for that observation. Is it only one person here who is allowed to call people stupid? Do two wrongs make a right? PS is wrong for calling people names, so too is DC.
Is one able to teach that calling people names is wrong when they call people names? Can people who do not like name calling side with one who does this, and condemn another who does this also?
I would hope you'd be concerned for what you shall meet as consequence of your actions, rather than gain satisfaction in thinking others shall according to your judgment of them.
It is false to imply I have ever called evil good. What is wrong behavior is that which resorts to evil while defending it as good and like unto Christ.
Proverbs 8:13
The fear of the Lord is hatred of evil. Pride and arrogance and the way of evil and perverted speech I hate.
International Standard Bible Encyclopedia:
Evilēv´'l, ē´vil רע, ra‛; πονηρός, ponērós, κακός, kakós, κακόν, kakón): In the Bible it is represented as moral and physical. We choose to discuss the subject under these heads. Many of the evils that come upon men have not been intended by those who suffer for them. Disease, individual and national calamity, drought, scarcity of food, may not always be charged to the account of intentional wrong. Many times the innocent suffer with, and even for, the guilty. In such cases, only physical evil is apparent. Even when the suffering has been occasioned by sin or dereliction of duty, whether the wrong is active or passive, many, perhaps the majority of those who are injured, are not accountable in any way for the ills which come upon them. Neither is God the author of moral evil. “God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempteth no man” (Jas 1:13). See TEMPTATION. [More reading: Physical and Moral Evil]Guilt by association:[One would wonder then about the tale of Jesus associating with drunks in the Book of Matthew chapter 11. Does Jesus answer for what was judged there as guilt by association?]
A drunk man who smelled like beer sat down on a subway seat next to a priest. The man's tie was stained, his face was plastered with red lipstick, and a half empty bottle of gin was sticking out of his torn coat pocket. He opened his newspaper and began reading. After a few minutes the man turned to the priest and asked, "Say, Father, what causes arthritis?"
"My Son, it's caused by loose living, being with cheap, wicked women, too much alcohol and contempt for your fellow man."
"Well, I'll be darned," the drunk muttered, returning to his paper.
The priest, thinking about what he had said, nudged the man and apologized.
"I'm very sorry. I didn't mean to come on so strong. How long have you had arthritis?"
"Oh, I don't have it," the man said. "But I was just reading here that the Pope does."

I will not respond to more of this kind of posting. This thread is way off topic. And look at what is talked about and condemned; false teachers, teachings/doctrine, and what we are now doing and saying to one another as we assert our respective views. What is that topic leading us to do and say to one another? Dear Lord, we even have people acting as if they're taking sides. Has false doctrine lead us to graduate unto this kind of behaviors? Appears so.![]()
You cannot possible disagree if you read my post. I addressed false teaching and that it should be corrected, not tolerated.
And saying, "Being Christlike is not compromising." Misrepresents what I actually said.
I said precisely the opposite as pertains to your comment about being Christ like.
In point of fact, what compromises the spirit of the believer who is to put on Christ, be Christ like, is that which acts contrary to His grace and then defends it as that which He would approve. So too is agreeing that kind of behavior is Christ like.
On a personal note: I concurred with PS's atheist observation because I agreed with their observation of the image and likeness of that one to whom they referred. And to that end all that I'd seen and read as directed toward myself let that one's posting style then makes sense.
I once knew someone who owned and operated an atheist discussion forum. Until they found Christ. There he said were aligned a number of atheist members who collaborated together so as to then harass Christians, (at that time I wasn't aware of the all inclusive term Forum Troll), so as to present the worst possible example of one.
Haven't thought of Doug in their capacity as owner/operator for many years now as he passed on in 2016. However, reading PS's remark, I remembered the discussion Doug and I had about that sort of thing. I still have his emails because he was very dear to our family.
What we said back then still applies. When someone puts on the Devil in the name of Christ, they demonstrate they are aligned with one but not the other due to the fit.
And that too may be judged by you as my judging someone's heart and yet, everyone here who levies insult toward anyone and then defends their reason for that is doing that very thing. Judge not lest ye be judged. But if ye judge , judge with righteous judgement.
We shall all be judged by God in the end. And we shall answer for every word we've uttered when we put on Christ and exampled what being Holy Spirit filled meant to us as one sheep in the eternal flock of many.
And that indeed does conclude my feeling the need to respond further to this off topic focus.
Blessings.
Another thing....you don't even know what you are talking about....it is biblical to JUDGE a doctrine being peddled by the word of God....boy your true colors are now shining through...funny how everyone is talking about you behind the scenes and how you talk put of both sides of your mouth.......do me a favor....do not address me with the blather like what is found in your last few posts....and do not ever imply or call me an atheist ever again....!!! And make no mistake, you have aligned yourself with one who is false...good luck with the judgement of GodYou cannot possible disagree if you read my post.
