23Then Jesus said to all of them, “If anyone would come after Me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow Me. 24For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will save it.
This is a works we must do and that is follow him daily.. not weekly or once in a blue moon but daily.
this is not something we should take lightly... this is something verry searious that are works do keep us saved..
the question in this scripture that we must follow for our selfs to
It has nothing to do with salvation of the soul...it speaks to our daily living for JESUS and the life that can be found in Christ NOW on this planet....it equates to putting the old man to death and walking in the newness of life....and if you want to gain a spiritual walk in Christ that results in blessing, honor and usefulness one must deny his flesh or die to flesh and take up Christ and walk in him.....
ZERO to do with salvation and points to a faithful walk before Christ and in Christ......
