Hi Star...Not sure I would call it wonderful to be honest , it actually pained me to write it , but if I did not , then it would of sat in my heart and it would of turned into something ugly , so I had to speak it out...Ii hope you understand where I am coming from , it gave me no delight...xox...
Hi Rose,
I think you have miss-understood something very fundamental.
Our Lord says something, we listen. This is our heart, our life, our way and our walk.
I do not know how people walk or listen to Jesus, just what they share here.
If they share rebellion and not listening to Christ they are not His sheep.
This is not taking a group of believers and finding fault, this is a spiritual reality.
When you made Jesus your Lord, this is your commitment. It is a process of growth
and working things through, but the fundamentals are, Jesus's words are life.
You are wrong to call me self righteous or even desiring followers myself. I am declaring
Christs words and following Him. Now it is sorrow in our failure, humblness and meekness
that refines and helps our walk. But it is honest, not to justify the self but to see how
real we are becoming.
The sharers here are not equal, and some are very hurt and bitter, and the bile they
come out with is plain, without justification, but straight from their heart.
But who can endure the day of his coming? Who can stand when he appears? For he will be like a refiner's fire or a launderer's soap.
He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; he will purify the Levites and refine them like gold and silver. Then the LORD will have men who will bring offerings in righteousness,
and the offerings of Judah and Jerusalem will be acceptable to the LORD, as in days gone by, as in former years.
Malachi 3:2-4
He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.
You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you.
Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.
John 15:2-4
We are called to one way and one walk. Grace and peace to you in Christ Jesus.
