No marriage in the first resurrection, is this prior to living in new Jerusalem forever?

If I'm not mistaken there shall be no more curse in new Jerusalem where those who are saved will live forever. And I think during the first resurrection people will be reigning with Christ for a thousand years and a little bit. Does the language of "the first resurrection" and what I've provided allow for marriage in new Jerusalem? I'm curious a little I suppose because for there to never be marriage again is a little jarring (not the correct word I would like to use). Thanks.

the reason for no marriage is that we will be in an immortal body, therefore we have no need to reproduce.

there are many interpretations of the first resurrection. amillennialists say that its symbolic of the saved people who die and their souls are raised to life to rule and reign with Jesus from heaven until the last day second coming (rev 20:11) when the general resurrection of all come (john 5:28-29) and then there will be the new heaven and the new earth which will be eternal, not just a thousand years.

i personally believe the first resurrection to be the resurrection of Jesus, to which we are attached to by being part of His body.

I hope you understand, there is no marriage in Heaven
Matthew 22:30
For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

Authorized (King James) Version
Eph 3:2-4

2 if ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward: 3 how that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, 4 whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)

Might choose to read all of Ephesians Chapter 3, best for me to read the whole Epistle to put it all together in context, to see the amazing mystery of Dad, revealed through risen Son to me at least, thanks, this is for everyone else as well to choose to believe God in risen Son or not
