For everyone who reads this, keep filling your heart with the Word of GOD. Declare His Word to steer your vessel contrary to the winds and waves. But be honest with yourself... Peace signs mean PEACE now. Regardless of what they used to mean, they're a symbol of peace. And anarchy is just a political belief...
And in all honesty, paganism is just like any other religion, it's false but they mean well and shouldn't be demonized like Devil-Worshipers.

Being honest with myself, the ''peace'' sign is a lie. Anarchy is just lawlessness and rebellion, if there is no government, then there is no such thing as politics. I really do not understand your logic here.
Also, I don't come here to win souls to Christ, since at least 90% of people here are already believers. I don't demonize people either, I feel compassion for those who are deceived.

Look at your fruit, and then you will know who you are speaking for. You take up your peace sign, and I will take up my cross. If you were a Christian you wouldn't be advocating something that has such a widely accepted appearance of evil in the Christian community.
You can tell that your brother does not want to have anything to do with these signs. So, out of love, stop arguing with him. God does not tempt one to cross his own conscience, but, Satan does.

I'm not talking about HIM using these signs, but saying they are evil on their own is dangerous. The meaning of signs change, look at the swastika. Before, it was a symbol of balance and harmony in Eastern religions, now it's an international symbol of hatred and evil. We don't need a red scare up in here, calling everything evil b/c of SHAPES makes everyone feel a little on edge about using such signs ever... Especially the peace sign, which is so widely regarded as a symbol of peace now.
And I'm not avoiding you. You're posting the same vague scripture as everyone else who wants to "prove" something is evil... Unless you can find "peace signs are evil" somewhere in the Bible, you're fishing for an answer.

I completely understand what you are saying, because, I know what it's like to have church members put me on a wild goose chase to eradicate all of the sin in my life, it never ends because everything eventually becomes sin, depending on who you talk to.
All I had to do is stand on Christ to be right with the LORD and to let Him deal with me as my Father, confessing what fruit I did see that was corrupt as I was able to see it.
With all of that Scripture though, what it is saying is that those who abide in Christ bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit and those who abide in the spirit of the world bear the fruit of corruption.
It all comes down to love and we can use this information to our advantage to examine our own faith. I have many times, so don't think I'm just talking to you, I'm talking to me too. I need to examine my faith, daily, if possible.
If it is ok for you to have certain signs, out of a pure motive, then I don't want to make them sin for you.
I only am asking, as a brother, for you to not advocate these particular signs (to your neighbor), because, of the vast amount of evidence there is for them that they come from such dark roots.
And out of love, be sensitive to the consciences of others concerning them, and anything else that might cause your brother to stumble.
Please forgive me too, because I don't want to make something that is not sin in your life, to become sin to you, if your motive is indeed pure. If it is, then it is. I want the LORD to relate with you as your Father and to help you to do what He wants you to do in His timing and in His power as He sees fit.
Just make sure you are moving in love, no matter what you do. This is why I am encouraging you to examine the fruit in your life, which we all have to do

I agree with your post totally. I'm a ex gay and it's hard to get my old gay friends to understand the truth. They think it's okay to be gay that god will still let them in the heaven. it's really hard to explain to someone who is deceived.

actually, the peace sign is an evil symbol. I use to be wiccan, I was part of a coven and everything, and we had to wear it to show that we denied Christ. it's a witchcraft symbol. Wiccans used the peace sign since the beginning of their religion.

Were you actually Wiccan.. or one of those emo 14 year olds who watches too much buffy the vampire slayer and thinks they can do magic... My friend is ACTUALLY Wiccan and definitely doesn't wear or own anything with a peace sign. The only symbol she wears is the pentagram and a symbol of the moon.

Lady Gaga, and plenty of other singers and idols use these symbols. (Lady Gaga actually has a peace tattoo.) Lightning bolts, the litte thing Gaga and other artists do with their fingers on their eye. Goat heads in her music videos. David Bowie admitted he 'sold his soul' Katy Perry admitted it. We are fed symbols by pop culture everyday.
