my mic doesnt work

hi everybody! any guys can u help me? my mic on CC doesnt work, i use laptop and mic built in
but i can use my mic on skype

Helen, ask someone in the room to help you while you're actually chatting. It's easier to walk you through how to fix it in real-time in the room instead of trying to type it out to explain it.
