I read somewhere that happily married peeps live longer.
This interests me. Do you know anything about this idea that once a woman is married, she doesn't have to try so hard to look a particular way because she has already settled down with someone who loves her? Commitment, I think ─ that's my question. Basically, do you think perhaps the reason is that it's less competition for her to "find love" and it's like a huge weight that's lifted off of her shoulders, thus contributing to a longer life, maybe? Only asking because I heard that somewhere else. Not my opinion/thought/idea. What do you think?

I enjoy oatmeal too and that sounds like a good combination. I like brown sugar also in oatmeal. Sometimes add some fresh berries as well.
