Well it’s 3.23am, I’ve been awake for the past hour.
It’s far too warm and humid. 81.1 F according to my bedroom thermometer.
Yup I know it’s only early May in the UK, but it’s hot!!!!!
Will try to get back to sleep before I need to get up again at 5.50am!

Best go to bed must do a couple things tomorrow.....if I'm lucky maybe Tourist hasn't hogged all the blankets....lol

My wife took the blankets the other night....... I was not amused. It was the first time it happened to me

It's getting tropical here in Florida too where I live. Will start to see daytime temps in the 90's F this week. We get through the summer here like the peeps do in the north during the winter. Either way it's a hard thing. Thank God for the A/C though. 81 F in the UK in May seems unseasonable warm to me. I hope that you got the rest that you needed. I find that I sleep better in the cool rather than the warm.

Actually, I consider you a good friend and you will stay on my friends list. You post like my wife does and that is in spurts. I always enjoy your amusing and sensible posts. Busy at work and bible school sounds like a productive use of time in your humble service to the Lord. My wife and I are doing fine and will be celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary on Nov. 27. All of God's blessings to you and your wife also my friend.
I'm glad that you finally made it to bed last night. It gets lonely upstairs without you. I sleep better when I am snuggled beside you. Not sure if I hogged the blankets last night but I'm sure you will be giving me a report when you wake up in a few. Sweet dreams my Princess.

Actually, I woke up for a minute at the same time that my wife was coming to bed so as far as I know, there were plenty of blanket left over. Of course, I was still half-asleep so maybe I did. I will have to ask her.

I am continuing my spring cleaning of my friends list and have pruned 3 more names from my list. Last month I had 51 friends but now it stands at 39. Unfortunately, there will be others that are cut as well in the days to come.
One member that will remain is NoNameMcgee who is like a younger brother to me. I have seen great spiritual growth in him since the day that he joined this site. He is someone that is worth knowing and knowing well.
It is also my pleasure to remain friends with Lighthearted. I really enjoy her fellowship, particularly in the Conversations About Nothing In Particular thread. She is one member of that thread who is not afraid to allow herself to become vulnerable by including a few snippets here and there about who she really is and what she is about beyond just the casual playful interactions because of the nature of that thread.
It is a privilege to keep Slave as my friend too because he is as real as it gets, treats everyone with kindness and respect and always finds something positive to say to everyone in how we deal with everyday life. He is one of the most spiritual peeps on this site and has been a tremendous blessing to me.
