huh well the very thought of a messy library catalogue did me in and I spent a whole day putting it all in order. (I had not left it in such a mess, it was the previous librarian(s) , fixing all the stuff she had left)

Now I can rest knowing that all the records are in the right place and clean even if the actual books in the library are in total chaos.

Being retired I'm a bit of a bookworm too. As I told the librarian yesterday morning when I was checking out, "I got too much time on my hands".

So, the TV show I'm NOT watching is about actual actors playing the part of reality show dancers and is so bad that I'm instead watching youtube of a guy clearing land with an excavator and now I know what it's like to be woke because I just woke from this and am trying to understand my existence especially since Colin Powell just died from Covid because it's not because his vaccine didn't work.

Colin Powell had other issues beside Covid, he just happened to die while having the virus. That YouTube video of the land clearing sounds OK though so it's not all bad.

One of the reasons I look forward to Jesus return is the fact that satan and his demons will no longer be whispering in our ears to sin they won't be there to tempt us. Just the silence and the fact that God is living with us and we are changed, transformed into perfect beings as we were intended to be in the beginning. I long for that day of sinlessness also. Total freedom in God.

We have had a lovely summer didn't feel overheated at all. Such a relief from the Florida heat and humidity. I think it only got up to 91 once in August. It was 96 daily in Florida that you just felt like you could melt on the sidewalk.
We grew a lot of tomatoes, green beans, green peppers, radishes, okra, carrots. Lots of flowers too. I have loved sitting on the front porch watching the flowers and some cherry tomatoes growing in the boxes we have in front of the porch.
I love it here and wish I had moved here sooner.

Its like over here when people say they are moving to live in Australia and we are like WHY. Then after a few years they return because they cannot handle the heat. Generally over 40 degrees celsius in the summer.

Lived in Florida 25+ years. Why? My family started to move from Central Michigan to Central Florida a few at a time starting in the 80's. I was one of the last to leave. At that time the economy was horrible in Michigan but much better in Florida. Definitely hot and humid though. Opresive.
