Having severe lower back pain:(
Is it muscular? Do you do stretching exercises? Have you ruled out kidney afflictions?

Is it an ongoing condition? Have you ever seen a chiropractor?

Please excuse all the questions

Praying you feel much better very soon! :)

Just came from the doctor. I pulled a muscle. I was helping my friend with her laundry up and down the stairs:/ so i got some meds and an ointment. Praying it goes away soon might take some days.

Stretching exercises might help :D Calcium is also a muscle relaxant, so if you
have some available as a nutritional supplement, perhaps taking a little extra
might be a good idea. Taking magnesium with calcium is also a good idea ;)
Alternating heat and ice pads on the area may also provide some relief. And a nice
warm bath with Epsom salts and lavender oil is always lovely! :D Believe it or not,
chamomile tea has anti-inflammatory properties! So too do blueberries, cherries,
cayenne pepper, Vitamin D, and turmeric. And of course, rest is recommended :)

I meant to mention, also, about the convenience of using a Rolser as a transport for laundry :D

I bought one for groceries a few years ago and found that it doubles very nicely for as a clothing carrier.

It completely eliminates any strain on your back from carrying or even dragging a laundry basket.
