The Christian RELIGION, ouch, teaches that there is only one God.

then we must believe the Trinity is correct...
otherwise you've created, at least, 2 gods.
And there could only be ONE.

If good works are necessary for our salvation, why does God test our faith and not our works as well?

I wonder how many do good works out of guilt or fear instead of seeing them flow naturally from their faith as James indicated?

Are you saying that we should only obey Jesus if we're afraid of Him or afraid of going to hell?

Good point indeed!
Suffice it say since I have been on CC, before under an different moniker it is the same old story they will never pin it down, how much works, how much obedience and it will go round and round... much like with the ... *cough* *cough* ... Reformed crowd.
They will say yes a person is saved .... but then they will add in all the extra criteria that must be met.
So I don't belive the trinity.
But I believe in ONE GOD.
So to you I believe in 2 gods and that makes me not a Christian.
