Go on a ketogenic diet, while doing a low calorie diet, along with intermittent fasting in a 4 or 6 hour window. You may lose 20-30 pounds the first month from water weight disappearing, then after that, you will be losing about 1-2 pounds per week. You can lose about 70 pounds in a year with out exercise. I did this the first year of the pandemic. The next year, people were in shock wondering how I did it. Even neighbors who avoided talking to me were congratulating me.
