Welcome to CC! I don't know if you've tried it or not, but this site has a sister-site called Christian Pen Pals christianpenpals.com where you can either pay to answer the ads of other users, or post a free ad of your own where people can contact you. It is a great site, and great in the way that they do not give out any private information until you are ready to contact people :)
