Hi Chelsea! I love the Bible and would be happy to get into a deeper study or exchange verses either in this thread or in PM. Sadly, I don't know how regular I'll be at this site (might be going away for a while, or only be on sporadically), so it wouldn't work to set up anything regular, but if you want to chat, send me a message
Reading the Bible more is always a good way to grow your faith It is likened to our food, so I try to read it at least once or twice a day. (I don't think that is the only way to read it, but it is a good way). As for where to start, have you read much of the Bible on your own? The Gospels are usually considered a good starting-point, because they are not as confusing as some of the old testament laws or prophecies can be. However, it is all the Word of God, so the main point is: JUST START! It doesn't matter where or what schedule you have, start reading! A few of my favourite books are Genesis, John, Mark, Romans, Philemon, Timothy and Peter (I and II) all three of John's epistles, the Psalms, and the Proverbs. When I feel I need little "tid-bits" but don't have time in the middle of the day for a sit-down devotional time, I'll often read a few verses in Proverbs
