It is now an app to download, though the app seems to not work well and requires extra effort to install, if it works at all. There's one place to download it. I don't knowbit off hand. There's numerous threads that will have it in User2User.

I have yet to successfully download the chat app since the site changed its format in May 2018. There does not appear to be an option of the main page to facilitate the download.

Anyway, even before the changeover I rarely used it. On this site there are basically two types of peeps, the chat peeps and the forum peeps.

Actually, based on past experience I would say that the most interesting, in-depth conversations actually take place in the forums.
