Just curious - did her boyfriend love her then??? What was the outcome? I'm asking because I want to know if God protected the Christian boyfriend from this spell/curse. Or did God intervene through the pastor before the spell/curse took effect?
I don't recall, we'd have to get the book The Demonologist, and I'm not promoting the book. That story was read from the book by Dr. Gene Scott on his old satellite network. Some people are looking for what happened in ad 70 which Jesus was red then aboit and John gave the their fonal wernkng just before it happened. Instead of looking for the New Testament promises of Jesus coming back from heaven each testament has its own prophecy the old was fulfilled ots why Jerusalem was destroyed like what was written before Jesus came that it would be destroyed and left desolate and the people would be slaughtered and led into the nations ect
it’s odd here to me . If we would read what the old testement said would happen we would see it happen in the nt and then inow to find out what the nt says will happen later and we’d have stronger faith knowing it’s sure seeing the old being fulfilled as evidence
My point is that when a dual prophecy is given, it will be initially fulfilled in OT times, and the reality of what is being prefigured in OT history is fulfilled in the coming of Messiah. In other words, Jesus is the final fulfillment of all prophecy.
How do you understand the prophecy of Isaiah 61 being fulfilled?

right in the ot imagine there’s no nt for a moment and we’re living just before Jesus comes preaching all the scripture is the prophets the law and the psalms . Now no one’s heard from God for about 250 years the last they had heard in thier testement was a promise of a messiah who was going to give them a new and eternal covenant when he came that would restore them to God

the Old Testament prophecy is about Jesus being born and coming to Jerusalem , being rejected by the people and crucified willingly for the peoples sins to take thier sins upon himself so they can have remission of sins.

the Old Testament was made exclusively with Israel’s tribes and thier descendants known as the children of Israel they were promised a messiah , a kingdom , an inheritance through Abraham ect on this earth . They broke thier covenant with God and faced the punishment
when jesus came it was fulfilling the promise of a new and eternal covenant that would be given to them first and then given to the rest of the nations by them who received it in tbat generation of Jesus

The NT was written to what audience? It was, first and foremost, written to and for a 1st century audience. So what is written must first be understood by their understanding. Assuming something written to them refers to future events without relevance to the original audience and specific to their time is what I believe leads to so much confusion.
This is why I asked concerning Isaiah 61. What is your understanding of the dual fulfillment of it?
Also, what necessitated the advent of Christ in the 1st century? What event was required for His second coming?

Did you know sharing a simple story of what the enemy has done to you does not give God glory but does give the enemy glory and its something we should never share. What powers demons have.. I can't say. Fallen angels have everything that God gave them before the fall. We do tend to really puff our selfs up when in reality we are nothing with out Christ. There is a reason we can not freely see into the spirit world. Seen some things one was we were staying at my moms house and I got up to go to the bathroom and as I was going through the living room to my right I see this black yet see through figure walk through the wall pass in front of me looks at me and goes out the wall to my left. Now I have heard those "stories" of people what saw heaven and said you just knew what they were thinking? I take those with a grain of salt yet when it passed infront of me looked at me It was thinking "you are nothing". I could have said in the name of JESUS and it would not have moved. See its like Peter and John said at that gate after the man was healed and the people thought they did it. They said" why look at us as if we did this by our own power. That NAME faith in that NAME healed this man.
You must have faith and me duh a man of FAITH yet the next week I made sure to keep the lights on in the hallway.. yeah that would keep it out huh haha. Live and learn. Told my mom about it and lol she said "Oh thats just death hes been hanging around here lately. Well my dad did of bone cancer found Christ though. The man she was married to had cancer and died not long after that moment. My mom had cancer for 18y.. and that name above every name heals sets free saves.. Satan' and his tribe have the power to keep people away from God and His word ------
Satan and his tribe has access to your thought life ----his power comes from getting people to act on their --i call it Stinking Thinking ----which are negative and sometimes Evil thoughts and using people's imagination to make pictures of these bad thoughts in their minds and the more you visualize these bad thoughts your Body will move to carry out the thought --
God gave us an imagination and believe me it is very powerful ---the imagination can be used for Good or Evil ---- Satan knows just how powerful the imagination is and he can use it as a snare to get you to move on his behalf ----Satan comes to KILL ___STEAL AND DESTROY Humans ---through our thoughts and imagination ----

your married ---you see a person at work that you have an attraction to ----you go home to your spouse but in your mind you can't stop thinking about this person at work ---- you start to see a picture in your mind about going to the person and starting a conversation with them ---next day you approach them --and when you go home you start fantasizing about this person ----and your hooked ---your body will move to your thoughts and pictures in your mind ------
Satan now has you snared and is laughing all the way to deposit you in his Soul Bank ---

He has the power to distort worldly and Spiritual truth

Thank you… everyone and their mom has an opinion about what’s taboo. It’s not to be talked about whether it’s fasting, praying, tongues, this or that it’s so hard to know, but I tell you this brother, I only post in the hopes of gaining knowledge..
No Scripture in the Bible should be TABOO -----true Christians need to learn --research and study all 66 books in God's Book so they can defend themselves against God's Enemies and can be ready to answer all and any questions that are posed to them from the people of this world ---
To many Ministers etc are scared to preach the real truth cause they are afraid ----fear does not come from God ---Satan's hook is fear ---Fear tolerated is Faith Contaminated-----
Most Clergy preach soft scripture to keep their pews full ------they preach for the people's approval not God's ----and that is part of Satan's Power and Strategy ----
I've got to assume the author of that book was only relating a story by a certain pastor at a certain Church. I only heard the story through Dr. Gene Scott having read it from the book on his satellite network a long time ago.

Well yes that’s my point . its a record of what happened and was also written by those enduring it until about 65-90 ad whichever dates one wants to date revelation which no one really has anyway to do to an exact year or even decade. We can only look at the content of what’s in the Bible and then in the vision of apacolypse John sees and tells them is about to begin to happen to them.
Those same people in acts who began to be persecuted for thier faith and by that suffering and persecution the gospel began to be spread into the regions by that generation who wrote the scriptures we now believe and have faith in they were of course writing to other believers in that generation that’s my entire point about revelation it was written to people of that day to warn them of what was about to happen and so when it began they would keep faith and endure .

John is preparing them for what’s about to happen when Nero began slaughtering the church in about 67-70 ad a ding in the seige of jersualem and scattering of the Jews both Christian and non Christian into the nations of the world.
In revelation you see the Old Testament end of Jerusalem and it’s time of the ot law and rule being fulfilled and also you see several short visions of what is going on in heaven presently and also what will happen when Jesus returns at the end of the war on earth between Satan and mankind who believe in Jesus in heaven.

If anyone has read the Old Testament and gospel there’s no question what this is a vision of. And we also know when it happened in our natural timeline

the new and old testaments are divided by Christ two comings the old would be fulfilled when the messiah came forth to israel it would be a blessing or curse like he always said they rejected him and chose the curse.
He then sent the new covenant they rejected out to everyone through a chosen remnant who believed him when he spoke to them and they obeyed when he said go preach that to everyone.
everythings not fulfilled the Old Testament prophecies are fulfilled some of the new are some are is what im saying brother
