Here’s the answer:

Abraham had 8 sons.

1) Ishmael- mother is Hagar
2) Isaac - mother is Sarah
3) Zimran - mother is Keturah
4) Jokshan - mother is Keturah
5) Medan - mother is Keturah
6) Midian - mother is Keturah
7) Ishbak - mother is Keturah
8) Shuah- mother is Keturah

Genesis 25:1-2

Then again Abraham took a wife, and her name was Keturah.

And she bare him Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah.

Miriam was buried in Kadesh.

Numbers 20:1

Those are the named of sons and mothers. Abraham also probably had concubines and probably children through them....unnamed.

Gen 25:6
But Abraham gave gifts to the sons of the concubines which Abraham had; and while he was still living he sent them eastward, away from Isaac his son, to the country of the east.

Here is the answer........I think the better term would be "Foreshadow".

Lev 26:43
The land also shall be left empty by them, and will enjoy its sabbaths while it lies desolate without them;
they will accept their guilt, because they despised My judgments and because their soul abhorred My statutes.

Isaiah 25:11 (KJV) And he shall spread forth his hands in the midst of them, as he that swimmeth spreadeth forth his hands to swim: and he shall bring down their pride together with the spoils of their hands.
