Innocence lost and fear gained, sister that's how we become old.
If the guy has any nerdiness in him the correct answer is, " I would find you utterly fascinating and wouldn't be able to stop thinking about you if that happened." Nevermind that he'd be more fascinated by how she got turned into a worm than anything that had to do with her specifically.
