I only About Face when I I'm in deep water, away from shore and then i get that brush on my leg from (octopus, giant shark, huge fish, space aliens hiding below the water so as not to be seen, people holding there breath just waiting for someone to swim over head of them and play a prank like that on them, dolphins playing with you oh those little rascals, and your favorite item here...) .
I was gonna share this as a wholesome thing but thinking about it (considering I haven't played gta in many years) I really dont think you are allowed to "Arrest Criminals" "legally drive an ambulance without stealing it first" or "help firefighters " 
that being said I haven't played gta seriously since San Andreas for the ps2, so not 100%. At best he'd have to be a vigilante in game. I call baloney.

Aye. Baloney for technical reasons at best. Besides I've seen a lot of kids playing video games and... Yep, autumn is almost here. Which means time for cuddles. I've got my comfy and cozy bible right near my bedside.
