Lol. It took me almost a full minute to realise what this was. I could tell it wasn't a severed toe, but I was certain it was some unpleasant looking body part... My mind kept wondering if it was some sort of (weird) Jewish symbolism for a bris, but then circling back to the fact that Jews don't celebrate Christmas... Until I finally saw the little face. :)
