1989 Loma Prieta earthquake
I was living in Oakland when this occurred. We were on our way back to the mission house from a vacation at Lake Tahoe. We were just coming into Oakland when our van started wobbling on Interstate 80. I though we had a flat tire, so I pulled over to look. I noticed a couple other cars pulled over thinking the same.
The normal way home would have been on this double-decker Nimitz Freeway. Something told me to go the MacArthur Freeway instead. From where we were, we would have had no exits until we were on the upper deck of the Nimitz. I noticed pebbles beneath each underpass on the MacArthur Freeway and then knew we had an earthquake. The Lord didn't want us into that mess on the collapse.
And people say there is no such thing as God...I'm very glad you and yours were lead away from that mess. Praise be to God you listened...1989 Loma Prieta earthquake

Speaking of God i always escape death sentences on account of seeing an angel.And people say there is no such thing as God...I'm very glad you and yours were lead away from that mess. Praise be to God you listened...
