And Earth Be Glad,

Jesus came to be in our midst. Scripture says "By faith
you will be saved". It is only by a foundational trust that
we become grounded in the Lord so that we can grow in
in our relationship with Jesus. It is not just knowing the
words that have been written, it is a lifestyle that we need
to live. It is necessary for us to be firmly attached to the
Spirit of God. We should instinctively come to know the
power of His love for us and awaken each day knowing
that he is our Lord and our God. Naturally there should be
a strong initial study of scripture, no one should neglect a
sufficient knowledge of the word. However the words are
a pathway to God and not the final end of our spiritual
journey. Christ is in us, He lives in us each day. After a
while our search should be over and our faith becomes
that solid foundation. Constant prayer is important.
