Yes... I use mozzarella strips around the outside (4) and then a slab of Havarti in the center
I meant to buy zucchini but bought more mushrooms instead, so I am slicing them really thick
Mushroom, cheese, onion and tomato is yummy enough with garlic and
onion powders, black pepper, Italian herbs, and a touch of pink rock salt
It all gets piled on a Naan bread which crisps nicely in the oven
