he didn't put up with the prosecutor's line of questioning nor his attempt to introduce evidence that had already been excluded

I wasn’t saying he was yelling or not, but after watching this clip again, I’d say he definitely is yelling, and although not quite red faced, he’s pretty darn animated.

It looks more like a pinkish white face with an elevated voice to me. Hope that helps.

Some people blush easier and more prominent than others...for this guy it is as blushed as he gets...


But I'm watching the case at the moment (they are on some kind of break) and once again the prosecutor is going down rabbit holes that are really traps that bring out more evidence that supports Kyle.

He seems to hate every videographer and photographer and potentially disinterested bystander...he's attacked 5 at this point.
Even his own coroner. Good grief!

My memory is awful, but I recall some kind of big court case a few years ago. It was a situation where there was a pretty clear good guy (like Kyle) on trial. It was this obvious situation where the guy was clearly innocent. The judge was making these big shows of yelling at the prosecutor and the prosecution witnesses. ...and then declared the guy to be guilty. Total travesty....almost as bad as me not being able to remember the case.

Bottom line - if you're supporting Kyle with prayer or money or whatever, then don't think he's out of the woods because of this show from the judge.

If we had a government that would send in troops to nip those riots in the bud, we wouldn't need civilians like Kyle to stand up and do the job.

Usually in court cases it's dealing with lawyers...
And that's where I use the slime thickness as a measure of truthfulness...

And in this case the prosecutor definitely has the most slime. The defense is straight up honest appearing. The prosecutor looks and acts like a silver tongued Nazi.

Police did nothing. Kyle was right where we all should have been. I think it was those antifa scum that bit off more than they could chew by messing with our boy! LOL!

Testimony today was that the protesters were focusing on the police until Kyle and friends put out the dumpster fire...then they focused on them. And when Kyle was isolated they attacked en masse. He was definitely trying to de-escalate things but then when they refused to calm down Kyle dropped the fire extinguisher and ran.
Kyle felt trapped and tried to deter Rosenbaum from chasing him but Rosenbaum was nuts. Kyle had to shoot him while totally terrified. Then while Kyle was trying to turn himself in to the police more thugs attacked him.
All total from shooting Rosenbaum to getting to the police was less than 5 minutes.

But it would not surprise me in the slightest if Kyle is found guilty. Not that I think he is guilty. But there is an obvious anti-white movement in this nation. They want to demoralize whites as much as possible. So what better way than to get a totally obvious case like this and then make him be guilty. Make the prosecution be utterly incompetent to heighten the absurdity. It would just be a massive psyop on whites. Whites will just be that much less inclined to stand up to anti-white aggression. And that's right where they want us - demoralized and mentally beaten.

That's why I'm writing this to you all now. Guard your mind. Guard your spirit. If Kyle is found guilty then don't loose hope. Just keep in mind they want you dead...and that should motivate you to live more, pray more, and love your friends and family more.

I think that the jury pool in Wisconsin is drawn from home and property owners instead of registered voters...

And that makes a bit of a difference.
These are the Wisconsin cheese heads...sure they can act nuts but...I think that between the annoyed looks from the jurors at the prosecutor and the extremely clear case of self defense...

We'll find out next week how it all comes out.

Especially when it comes time to explain reasonable doubt.

Unfortunately when the police are camping, the National guard is held in standby, the local militias are either criminal oriented or if legit frowned upon, and the local to state government officials did nothing to stomp the summer of fire and terror that the nation witnessed, it had many If us gearing up for what many of us thought would be mob violence around every city near you. The government, local entities, and those rioting should be the one's on trial for all the damage, death, and terror that they either allowed to occur or committed.

Look how hard they went against the Jan 6 incident at the Capitol. Where is that response to the summer of terror?

The environment left a gap behind the failures of men that gave way to the response of teenagers.

I am a member in a law room chat ,we watch many trials. The last I've watch was Robert Durst,it took 5 months so I've taken a break.

In this forum many aspects of what we see in the courtroom are discussed.
The mods there are much more stern towards stuff accepted here.

I have many interest and enjoy rationally discussing the topics at hand and yes I have had my feathers ruffled here and there.lol

We are not glorified as yet but one day..........

well, discussing behaviors or conduct of the people involved is not the facts as none of us are privy to another's thoughts

yet that is just what the prosecutor tried to do...introduce 'evidence' that could not be known unless received telepathically

I was far more interested in what the judge said, which he gets my vote for, then how he looked or sounded

pretty sure if the jury comes back with an unfavorable verdict, there will be a re-trial if allowed

we've all heard the expression tampering with evidence; that prosecutor was doing that but not with something physical

mph...I would not call that yelling...haha maybe cause I grew up in a household where people were yelling and it was way lounder

they played a clip this am wherein the prosecutor is smirking and the judge asks him why he making that face and to just go ahead and express his thoughts

apparently the judge gave him a lesson on the constitution yesterday, in regards to his trying to nail Rittenhouse with things specific to the protection of said constitution. I mean he (prosecutor) is just dirty.

what part of he was underage do you not understand? should not have been driving, should not have been carrying and should not have been there

he was not being a good man. he was being an idealist that did not think things through

17 yr old boys should not have been there. we DON'T need or want civilians with guns getting involved...you don't know that the police officer told Rittenhouse to get away and go home or he was going to get pepper sprayed...by the police? that doesn't tell you anything? the police were told to stand down so we should send in teen age boys to do the job?

She isn't exactly the brightest bulb on the tree but...she does express her outrage at him appropriately. Simple but kind woman.

Kyle isn't exactly the brightest kid in the world either. But he is just turned 18 now...17 when he was in the riots.

But both have had unwavering sense of right vs wrong...and chose the right and good side of things.

What is wrong is the political slant that the prosecutor has made things...crime isn't political. But he has made it that way by using the system to punish Kyle. And the judge is disgusted by the assistant DA in this case.

And that should be terrifying in itself...it's a form of fascism.

The citizens of Wisconsin should demand the DA and assistant DA's head for this. This is what happens when government gets out of control.
