Substitute coconut oil for creamer in your coffee. I tried it once, not out of necessity or even being aware of any laxative component to it but just because it appealed to my sense of taste. I tasted so good I made another cup. :geek:
And it wasn't long before I doubled over like Dr Jekyll...
Why would anyone do that to coffee????

You know what they say about Almond Joys, "Sometimes you feel like a nut...," and this was my rendition of an Almond Joy in a cup. The flavor profile was so exact to the real thing that I had to have a second one.... I just didn't get to finish it:oops:

Just started taking Hydroxyzine at night to help me sleep. I read online that it causes dry mouth for like the first week and the side effect is supposed to go away.

The thing is not only have I been waking up with dry mouth but I’ve had the worst build up of stool in my colon the last two days that I had to use the restroom. I’m not going to go into detail but I’m concerned.
Adam's body was constructed from the elements of the soil.
That is why a multi mineral supplement label reflects what is to be found from soil.

Essential for relaxation of the body and muscles is magnesium.
Magnesium gets refined out of typical flours for foods.

Magnesium glycinate is a form of magnesium supplement that combines elemental magnesium with the amino acid glycine.
It is a highly bioavailable form of magnesium, meaning it is easily absorbed by the body.
Benefits:

Improves sleep: Magnesium glycinate may promote relaxation and improve sleep quality.

Reduces anxiety: It may help reduce anxiety and stress levels.
Supports bone health: Magnesium is essential for strong bones, and glycinate may improve bone density.
Relieves muscle cramps: It may help relax muscles and reduce cramping.
Improves heart health: Magnesium glycinate may support healthy heart function.

Buckwheat is a good nutritious substitute for pancake flour, but I wouldn't suggest it be used in bread making. I've not seen a flatter loaf since trying chickpea flour.
That is because it's yeast that makes bread rise, flour alone will not do that.
