This is a poem I wrote in 2018, and posted before in a different forums. I just found it feel that it would be better posted here.

Kinds Words
Words can hurt
Words can heal
Words can change how a person feels
Saying whats on your mind can be find,
just remember to say words that are kind

thanks for the reminder.
I tend to spew out whatever is on my mind, which is not always helpful or useful even for myself.
Ive never seen a nasty word from you so you lead by example.
My sarcasm leaks through unfort. its not a trait I'm proud of.

It is such an important truth. It is easy to say that the world is too big, too dark and too scary and there is little we can do. In reality it is the little that we can do that can change everything. Thank you for sharing.
 
Nope!

We are however to examine ourselves daily!

No one deserves maltreatment.......if you mistreat others and it is a crime then the price must be paid!
