My wife and two boys are just about to leave home for our first trip to Kenya, to visit her family, it'll be a first for me!
We'll be back in a few weeks, we thank God for all the provision He has provided and allowed this to happen :)

See you all when we get back!

Grace and peace...

Wow, have a safe and awesome trip!

You can buy us all a gift while you're away.

I think it would have been a nice gesture had he invited us all to go to Kenya with him. It wouldn't have cost him that much to fly us all out there and back.

My sister just came back from a missions trip to Uganda, she said it was beautiful there and the people were lovely.

Habari yako, thanks for prayers and contributions. First couple of days were a bit of a culture shock but I'm (getting) used to it and quite enjoy Nairobi. Learning the language more each day which helps. Most areas are very dirty (chafu sana) but it is what it is, this is where my wonderful wife has come from. We are in the suburbs of Nairobi.
Kwaheri!

Edit: I see some nice pictures of Kenya above, I'll post the reality when I get back lol

If you happen to see Bob Carr say Hi!

(He's a missionary outside Nairobi and was friends with hubby way back in The Jesus People days. And, yes. I do know you're unlikely to see him, but last we heard he's still out in the wilds around there somewhere with a growing church. Of course, the last we heard was 15 years ago. lol)
