What are they gonna do November 1st though.Sad.
They're going to reject the liberals at the voting booth. That's what they're going to do.

there are millions of hard-working Americans who still struggle with having enough money for food.A wonderful incentive to work if able.![]()
States on the list with 7.25 an hour M.W. make about 1,200 a month and are those who qualify for SNAP. People in states with higher M.W.'s make too much to qualify. The states with 7.25 an hour M.W. will suffer the most.

Snap and food stamps are the same thing.
Food stamps cost the average taxpayer around $30 a year and if someone wants to buy a Snickers on food stamps and I don't think it's anything to get my underwear in a twist about
I just think America has more pressing concerns than some poor family who decided to buy a box of Twinkies on ebtLet's not subsidize bad behavior. I don't think that's something someone should get their underwear in a twist about

yeah, this is a batThe vast majority of people getting snap are not US citizens.
What people spend the money on is NOT my or your concern. (A gift is a gift) But we refuse to make it clear that this is charity and not a civil right.
Why? I have no idea.
However, some are beginning to require public service in exchange for the charity.....making it become a wage instead of a gift. Some recipients are rebelling against this.....
Its been a political game as long as I can remember.
However I did hear an interesting point of view that if you receive public assistance from the government you should have all voting rights rescinded....because essentially you are then being bribed and bought by that money and it's a form of vote buying.
Hard to argue against such things. This isn't the same as retirees on SS pensions.....but those on SNAP and public assistance programs.
You have to take responsibility for your own stupidity at some point.yeah, this is a batcrazy take.
this tracks because I remember you're the same person who said that people deserve to go to jail for being gay
your sentiment deliberately ignores the millions of hard-working Americans who still struggle and need help.
I received food stamp benefits for a while when I was injured for some months and got behind on child support. I went back to work and they took almost my entire paycheck until I got caught up
but I bet if you're a preacher needs a new luxury car you will be the first one coming out of your wallet
you realize no one has infinite money right? You have to take responsibility for your own stupidity at some point.
When you are dieing alone....no agency in the world is going to appoint you a friend.
Same thing with food benefits. You were given money for food. If you go hungry after that....its on you. No one else.
And currently SNAP benefits are over the top with benefits to non-citizens. (Biden admin did that)
There's a lot more to go around when we arent busy feeding a bunch of free loafers who came here to become leeches on society.....more than enough. Meanwhile retirees are getting crap pension checks from SSI because of the free loaders.
So excuse me if I feel somewhat strongly about it all.
In the meantime we are going to send two Afghan natives and one Somali native (people who snuck into the country illegally) to live in your home.....just because they need a place to live.
The MW in Mt state is $11 per hour not $7.25States on the list with 7.25 an hour M.W. make about 1,200 a month and are those who qualify for SNAP. People in states with higher M.W.'s make too much to qualify. The states with 7.25 an hour M.W. will suffer the most.

Let me add to this some info about where I live. The MW in Mt state is $11 per hour not $7.25
That is $440 a week or over $23,000 a year.
If you truly want to help people get your state government to raise the MW.
Why we can't have nice things...
