So, Anthrōpōn is being used not only in reference to "humankind", but also to a particular group or segment of people at a given, specific place and time.

In conclusion, I would say all there's to be corrected on the Friend's part is the statement "Anthropoi is nowhere to be found in the N.T." Aside from that, I believe he is right in pointing that Rev 9:15, 18, 20 indicates "the men" gathered there and then, and not humankind as a whole.

But there is something very important that we missed for so long; that is the following:

So Just before the Seventh Trumpets Sounds the Mystery is Finished as it relates to the Prophets. This means that ALL SIX TRUMPETS HAVE BEEN FULLFILL. Therefore with the SIXTH TRUMPET FULLFILLED, We have 66 million dead bodies strewn on route 6 to the west, and route 60 to the east, from Jerusalem all the way to the valley of Megiddo/Armageddon; with the combine distance of these two highways being 184 miles (google earth).

The Prophets tell us that the nations will be defeated and defiant, (but not destroyed) The nations being in "RAGE" as a result of this defeat.

As a result of this defeat there is only two reactions: Rage or Repentance, as follows but also noting the tense corrections.

After the Sixth Trumpet we are seeing the symbol of a victory: That is, the messenger having his feet on the land and the sea.

Rev 10:1-2 I saw another strong angel coming down out of heaven, clothed with a cloud; and the rainbow was upon his head, and his face was like the sun, and his feet like pillars of fire; 2 and he had in his hand a little book which was open. He placed his right foot on the sea and his left on the land.

In the second trumpet only a third of the shipping/fishing industry is destroyed, whereas during the second bowl of wrath all the sea creatures where destroyed. So we have to say that a third of the creatures being killed, come before all of them being killed: chronology

So these are numerical values 1/3 verses 100% and all of these things need to be calculated.

Again: this statment above, and the whole post, has made me realize the absolute consistency on the part of the Lord in the way He deals with His church (which is His Own Body), in comparison with His dealings with His People Israel (and the rest of the world.) Reinforces in me the certainty of the (sudden, unanticipated) rapture of the church, and the subsequent beginning of the Tribulation period for Israel and the world.

So, this event doesn't happen BEFORE God's Wrath falls, it happens because God's Wrath falls, or in the presence of God's Wrath, or more a modern times rendering would say, the moo will turn to blood DURING the coming DOTL.

The Great Supper is basically Armageddon. The Church "Metaphorically" dines on the wickeds flesh.

So, the Two-witnesses are sent to TURN Israel back unto God, AND as a witnesses unto the Gentiles of God's coming Wrath, and to BRING THAT Wrath via THEIR Prayers. Notice in Rev. 8, the Prayers of the Saints are before God and this God ACTS and casts down fire onto earth. So, just like Moses held up the staff tp brig the 10 plagues, these coming Two-witnesses who I see as Elijah and Moses (who were both at the transfiguration of Jesus) will be charged with not only praying down these plagues, but also with telling the whole world what they are about to see in every instance, just like Moses did in Egypt. This is why the whole world HATES THEM, and sends gifts to each other when they die. But they are ONLY SENT to turn the Jews back unto God, which they do, the time of the Gentiles are over, the Gentile Church is now in Heaven.

All of these numbers happen exactly THAT MANY DAYS before the Second Coming ENDS ALL THESE WONDERS which Daniel was shown in Dan. 11:36-45.

Jesus comes immediately AFTER the tribulation, there is no Left Behind Secret Rapture=Stop causing fear.
