Only believers in Christ are Israel in the biblical sense.
No, that's replacement theology, the Bible doesn't teach it. The church has not replaced Israel.

I don't think it has anything to do with scripture. People try to find support from scripture but only at the expense of Denying Jesus and the Church as being biblical Israel. Paul says all of the promises are yes in Jesus, not to the broken off unbelievers removed from Israel in Romans 11.
The first generation of genuine Israelites leaving Egypt forfeited all of the land promises before they ever set foot in Canaan. Only their children entered yet to lose them all over again in the different occupations and exiles.
The primary purpose is the redemption and salvation of Israel. The massive judgements (against everyone) are certain and necessary but ancillary.I believe that the Jews returning to Israel is part of Prophecy but its for judgement. The land belongs to God and he does with it as he chooses which includes who inhabits it and who doesnt. The covenant he made with Israel depended on obedience to him not on any ethnic basis. The Bible as I read it says a remnant will be saved. There has always been a righteous remnent in Israel and an unrighteous majority. God dealt with the unrighteous using Assyria, Babylon and Rome. Next time it will be the Antichrist and
the surounding nations.
If it is a miracle what was created in 1948 creating something called Israel, with no High Priest, no Temple and no Holy Spirit, then, it was indeed a mracle.
The Israel of our geography today is the staging grounds for the fulfillment of the prophecies, ant this only.
Anyone thinking it resembles the historic Israel or the Israel of our Makr is seriously deceived and should read all of the Word...….........
Its the staging ground for Jeremiah chapter 31....obviously. The joyous redemption of national Israel to their Maker and land to serve Him....forevermore.If it is a miracle what was created in 1948 creating something called Israel, with no High Priest, no Temple and no Holy Spirit, then, it was indeed a mracle.

I think I agree with this. They've been under God's wrath ever since 70 AD in a fixed state. I'm not optimistic about their future.I believe that the Jews returning to Israel is part of Prophecy but its for judgement. The Church IS Israel. God removed the unbelievers, only believers in Christ remain. No, that's replacement theology, the Bible doesn't teach it. The church has not replaced Israel.
That is about us, not the broken off Jews who hate Christ so much, they formed their own nation to prove it.Jer 31:31
For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the LORD: I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts. And I will be their God, and they shall be my people. And no longer shall each one teach his neighbor and each his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,’ for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”
https://www.globalresearch.ca/milli...d-war-iii-to-speed-up-the-second-coming/29362I'm sorry, what was the miracle in 1948 again? That land in Palestine has always been there. It was still there all through the Crusades, when people decided they needed to go off and kill each other for it. Is the miracle that one political faction ruled over that piece of land over another? Or that one non-Christian religion took it over another? Or is it the name change?
When people start regarding a piece of land as "holy" and then use that to justify people fighting against people and killing each other, might I suggest you have a grave misunderstanding of what God truly values.
No, the church is still the church, Israel is still Israel and God is not done with the Jewish people.
Make no mistake...God has chosen the land of Israel (erroneously called Palestine) as the location of His earthly throne in Jerusalem and His chosen people the Israelites who will dwell in that land.I'm sorry, what was the miracle in 1948 again?
