Let's be clear Joe Biden's classified document case is different from Trump's.

For example, the biggest difference between the two cases: Trump has been charged with a crime and Joe Biden will not be charged with a crime.

Another major difference

Prosecutors concluded that Jurors would determine that Biden is mentally incapable of "willful retention" whereas Donald Trump is mentally capable.

It is NOT time for the 25th bud. It's time to run into our bunkers or wait for the rapture. You've said, repeatedly, that America's doomed. So, why waste the energy on this?
It might be prudent to start hoarding toilet paper, bottled water, and batteries. Of course, I would need something to put the batteries into. I'm thinking C's.

Yep it's all over the news where actual neurologist are saying it is common for elderly to forget ages, dates ect. if tired or under pressure. The thing is it may very well backfire because instead of just saying Biden their saying both Biden and Trump and bringing back up where Trump confused Pelosi with Haley. I keep watching what their saying because as we all know we here on CC have said they were too old for several years now but it never made the news until Doctor Robert K Hur MD said it. If Doctor Robert K.Hur said that about me I would sue him for both malpractice of medicine and for publicly releasing my medical information. Oh yea that's right Robert K. Hur isn't a medical doctor in the first place maybe I would just sue him for malpractice of Law that's if I remember, bare in mind I'm either 88 or maybe 89 I'll need to add it up,lol...

Actually the report said that he willfully kept top secret classified documents and even shared their contents. But what a jury would do (or not do) was none of the prosecutors' business. So this was another dodge to NOT hold criminal Biden accountable for his crimes. At the same time it was a ploy to get Biden off the ballot.

It is unheard of that prosecutors or defense attorneys will simply assume what a jury may or may not do. If a proper NON-PARTISAN jury were to be appointed, they would not excuse Biden on that basis. For the last three years he has been quite "mentally competent" to wreak havoc on the United States. If he could issue scores of destructive executive orders, he should be prosecuted and incarcerated.

getting him off the ballot is the key.

he has been in decline mentally since the run-up to the 2020 election, yet the media bent over backwards to hide it.

and, suddenly, the last few weeks, they have flipped and now call it out.

there is a obvious reason why....

One of the reasons could also be that Governor Greg Abbott of Texas has stopped him in his tracks (at least at that border location). Even the Supreme Court could not violate the existing immigration laws of the USA and Texas.

Let's see, Saint Paul was agreeing to the murder of St. Steophen, James was the leader of a cult called the Concision by Paul, and Peter denied the Lord three times at his crucifixion. So, sure, you can compare Putin to the saints.
I did say compared to Biden...

It's okay. Trump is evil (because they don't like him) and Biden's just Uncle Joe. Oh... Trump is deranged and Biden is cognitively capable. We know this because the objective mainstream news media tells us so.

Not only so but because he can ride a bicycle.

But compared to Biden, the man is a saint.
I don’t think Biden knows what’s going on. Even the democrats admit that now. Putin, on the other hand, goes on oppressing the people of Russia, destroying Ukraine and he’s pulling the wool over many American people’s eyes.

America is a free country so people are free to salute him even though it’s pretty contra productive.

He knows enough to lie every day and get away with it. He knew enough to ignore East Palestine when it was his duty to address that disaster properly.
Even the democrats admit that now.
The Democrats have no choice now except to admit the truth. But for three years they refused to admit it KNOWINGLY.
Putin, on the other hand, goes on oppressing the people of Russia, destroying Ukraine and he’s pulling the wool over many American people’s eyes.
Actually Putin is doing what he does best -- promoting the interests of "Mother Russia" (the exact opposite of what traitor Biden has been doing for America). And it is Biden and his officials who have been "gaslighting" Americans daily with all their lies. That is the same as pulling the wool over their eyes. "The economy is booming", "The border is secure". "The insurrection was real". etc.

As to oppressing the people of Russia, it is not much worse than Biden oppressing the people of the United States with all his destructive policies. The very fact that the USA was a free and prosperous country and is now becoming a third-world hell hole speaks for itself. (But you still don't get it).

As to "destroying" Ukraine, that was entirely the doing of the West. Boris Johnson -- for example -- deliberately sabotaged a peace deal. And when China offered a peace deal the Western politicians scoffed and mocked instead of allowing it to actually happen. And now the NATO generals are determined to see that there is no peace deal. "We want war with Russia for decades!"

But Putin was always ready and willing to negotiate a peace deal, while hanging on to Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetz. And the only reason he annexed Crimea is because Obama chose to let him do it. But no one wants to compare what the USA did in Iraq, Libya and Afghanistan to this. Biden literally handed over Afghanistan to the oppressive and evil Taliban, along with billions of dollars worth of armaments and infrastructure (while neglecting to rescue Americans).

So, you’re actually saying that America is a worse hell hole than Russia? That’s quite interesting coming from a foreigner.

But yet not free to reject a dangerous "vaccine"? Personally, I'd prefer to be forced to salute Biden to keep my job than take a deadly vaccine (or three!) Perhaps I'd have been convinced if it was just one little salute? Who knows...

Biden has been a good and amusing actor, but the show is drawing to a close.

If the voters that elected Joe Biden are senile and have a variety of mental illnesses is it really a matter for the 25th Amendment that their elected representative is also senile? If Joe Biden represents those that voted for him why are they talking about removing him?

https://www.foxnews.com/entertainme...oax-conviction-wasnt-smartest-decision-expert

For example, Jussie Smollett is appealing his conviction, saying that he was the victim of the hoax attack on himself and he sees no reason to convict his attacker. I prime example of the people of this country that Joe Biden represents.

Have you ever considered that the alternative was so bad for the country that people even would have voted for a yellow horse instead of Trump.

The polls before the election also didn’t exactly indicate a Trump victory.

Trump is trashing the Republican Party. That’s the truth about this. Being tied with, to put it mildly, a forgetful old man speaks volumes about his chances. Any other Republican candidate would have won this in a landslide.
hard to trash a do nothing garbage dump.
