NO, not with conditions!! God made the covenant with HIMSELF! How is that so hard to understand?!
NO, rather those who are in Jesus are grafted into the spiritual Israel, because there is no Jew or Greek in the church; we are ALL one in Christ.
Sure we call them today, Israelis (those who have citizenship in the country of Israel = nationality), but they are no longer the chosen.

NOW ! WE who are in Christ, Gal 2:20 are His chosen peoples, being grafted into the vine, and become Israel, spiritually, keeping God's Covenant. ( Dare I say, that, ANYONE believing that they don't have to keep covenant with God, (as National Israel could not in Dan 9) to be His chosen people, to be "saved" are NOT His people and will and NOT inherit The Kingdom eternal, with Jesus, our Lord & Savior. )

God fulfilled the Land promise to Abrahams physical seed Josh 11:23
23 So Joshua took the whole land, according to all that the Lord said unto Moses; and Joshua gave it for an inheritance unto Israel according to their divisions by their tribes. And the land rested from war.
Josh 21:43-45
43 And the Lord gave unto Israel all the land which he sware to give unto their fathers; and they possessed it, and dwelt therein.
44 And the Lord gave them rest round about, according to all that he sware unto their fathers: and there stood not a man of all their enemies before them; the Lord delivered all their enemies into their hand.
45 There failed not ought of any good thing which the Lord had spoken unto the house of Israel; all came to pass.

8 And foundest his heart faithful before thee, and madest a covenant with him to give the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Jebusites, and the Girgashites, to give it, I say, to his seed, and hast performed thy words; for thou art righteous:
And there occupying and remaining in it was conditioned on their obedience, and they blew it. Now the everlasting land as in Gen 17 8 was for Abrahams spiritual seed through Christ, its fulfilled in heaven for the Spiritual Seed that belongs to Christ Gal 3:16,29

There is a israel over there however its not the national israel that God was in covenant with in the OT, and the Church the Body of Christ is New Covenant Israel
