I agree. But spiritual does not mean never happens.
Jacob prophesied that the seed of Israel would become the fullness of the gentiles. That began at Pentecost and continues until the fullness of the gentiles enters the temple of God, and then all Israel will be saved.
And [Jacob] would not, but said, I know, son, I know. He [Manasseh] also will be a people, and he will be exalted, but his younger brother [Ephraim] will be greater than he, and his seed will become a fullness of the gentiles. Genesis 48:19
