"The question IS the answer"???The question IS the answer. smh I'll respond however I wish. How was the covenant, that particular one, made?
Okay...here is my answer to your question.
How many angels can dance on the head of a pin?

F.i. Deuteronomy capter 1-29.What part am I ignoring?
Trust and Obey is not ignoring who the promise was made to but the conditions that were put on the people whom the promise was made to. Look at the many "if you" conditions, don't you see them?F.i. Deuteronomy capter 1-29.
Chapter 1, 1 says clear to whom Mose spoke.
✝ Deuteronomy 1:1
"These be the words which Moses spoke unto all Israel on this side Jordan in the wilderness, in the plain over against the Red sea, between Paran, and Tophel, and Laban, and Hazeroth, and Dizahab."
This is the Adressat of Deuteronomy. Not you or me!
It is finished means more than just the debt being paid, although thats the big one. His time on earth was finished, the curtain torn finished the power of the priests, sacrifices were finished as well, which ties to the priests.
Right this is you and me and everyone else nowF.i. Deuteronomy capter 1-29.

Bravo!
Well stated and needs to be repeated.
Disgusting how people defend or are silent on the killing of innocent children and mass starvation
Christians are going to be regarded in very bad light when this all comes to its bitter end.
I posted this on another thread but these kinds of statements give me some hope.
The rogue state is one of the richest nations on earth right now, when measured by wealth and debt distribution per citizen. Completely contradictory to what they're supposed to be experiencing during the time of the gentiles.
Yes, in fact, the number of casualties would change. And if it were about only 100k-200k, that would be a huge change also.
The African Transatlantic slave trade was followed by slavery. Those victims averaged 15-20 million according to conservative scholarly estimates.
It would seem the victims didn't learn the lessons,
with the genocide they're committing now, so the argument that it was to prevent it from happening again to anyone is weak.
I would agree, however, that it was done for a reason. It's the same reason why we keep changing the definition of antisemitism. It's to maintain the official narrative and give the state a license to act with impunity, where nothing they do can be questioned or criticized. For example, simply publishing the following video was treated as a crime against Jewish people and was removed from YouTube.

...and notice that just the facts are shown. The math ain't mathing...
I believe in learning from what they taught like this ….Nope. It's a nation. Israel.
You do understand that you will be PHYSICALLY resurrected?

If you're going to commit genocide, you don't tell your victims you're coming and where you will be, then give them time to leave. smh
"If you" is spoken to Whom? To you? To me?Trust and Obey is not ignoring who the promise was made to but the conditions that were put on the people whom the promise was made to. Look at the many "if you" conditions, don't you see them?
They are not committing genocide now.
Trust and obey is of course the key for a God pleased life. But dont come with Deuteronomy, this was for Israel! You find it also in the NT.Trust and Obey is not ignoring who the promise was made to but the conditions that were put on the people whom the promise was made to. Look at the many "if you" conditions, don't you see them?
So there are 2 lines ( believers in Christ and Nation of Israel. Believers in Christ in New Jerusalem and Nation of Israel in Jerusalem on earth.
Today you cant expect from Isreal to live according W.W.J.D. This will come in Future.60,000 dead and counting.
Let's see: ~2000 casualties on October 7th ... Now 60,000+ dead as a response.
Does that sound like W.W.J.D.?
I wonder what kind of judgment people are bringing upon their own heads by declaring such a response is warranted. Imagine if that person steals a piece of candy worth $1.00 and the judge rules they must lose their hand. We have an example of that in the world: Islam.
The god created by the Roman church leaders and the god of Islam are at least cut from the same cloth: they both convince their followers to use "god" as the reason for the slaughter of millions.
Ask HimSo where is Jesus in this arrangement? The land was promised to him, the king of Israel, and it is written that we believers will be with him forever. Something's not adding up
???Trust and obey is of course the key for a God pleased life.
I know it was meant for Israel but the promise was still conditioned on Israel meeting the requirements in the promise. But dont come with Deuteronomy, this was for Israel! You find it also in the NT.
