The bond of the covenant is the first covenant.How does this scripture support the state of Israel if there's rebels living in it?
It's so ironic that some Christians will pray for the lost, the sick, even the defiled, pagans, heathens, ect.
Yet when it comes to Israel let's dig up there past, let's judge there poor choices, let's stand by there enemy.
Forgetting how much Jewish blood was shed to keep the word of God preserved.
Has it ever occurred to anyone that God picked this people in fact created Israel for this very purpose.
So did God make a mistake? I assume everyone here has the old testament attached to the new.
We would have no idea who Jesus was if the old testament was destroyed. No prophetic proof. Really hard to put in words how profound this is.
I pray and according to the scriptures they will come to know there messiah. In fact when did Jesus say its OK to curse anyone.
Did he not say it is equal to murder? To wish someone harm? To hate and discredit them?
He who has a ear let them hear what the spirit says.
I only see one Israel on the map....seems to me with all what's going on now....things have not changed much for them.
Why does Satan hate them so much. Because they brought forth that man child who is the savior of the world.

Who has preserved the revealed word of God for the past 2000 years?
Because God made an unconditional, everlasting covenant with them. And they will return to Him.

No doubt a record is being kept, of those against His will and those for it. Many documented videos of God's protection and defense of Israel with outright modern day miracles, only those in darkness can't see or believe them. John Hagee? You forgot a vast number of preachers and teachers who accept what the Bible says, rather than interpret it according to their own logic and reason.
Avoid suffering? Israel would cease to exist under your plan. 8 million people. You should also know that Islam is coming for you. "First the Saturday people, then the Sunday people". There is no true or false Israel. Whole Israel is blind for the Messiah till he comes for to rescue them as the bible tells us so.
Till then Isarel is in a way under the protection of the Lord. We know the world/nations will finaly march against Israel. Maby we/Israel expierience present the beginning of this. What ever the reason is. Gaza or anything else.

The Isaiah verses quoted by God-fearing is a prophecy that is fulfilled by spiritual Israel not the state of Israel.The land given to the Israelites in the OT was conditional and was unfulfilled by the people not holding unto their end of the covenant.
The state of Israel didn't fulfil that prophecy since they're unrepented.
You need to get up to date. The nations already marched against Israel. God protected Israel and ensured that she survives and thrives to this day. The nations are again attacking Israel. Nothing new here, it's been on and off for nearly 80 years.
20 years ago, there were very few Christians in Israel and little interest. That has changed dramatically. Israelis are turning to Jesus. I've seen figures of 25,000 Jewish believers in Israel now. Note that there are virtually no Christians or Jews in the Middle East.
Where did you get this idea? Lebanon is approx 40% Christian (2 million) and in Egypt they are estimated to be around 10% of the population (10 million)
