According to the US definition it looks like it fits. Israel admitted it wasn't concerned about precision but with widespread damage.

Article II of the Genocide Convention:

The US has ratified the same standards as Article II of the Genocide Convention which is why it's essentially verbatim. It doesn't look good for Israel if these are the objective measures to base genocide off of.

Please make note that it doesn't matter if violations are done in time of peace or war, genocide is still given the same objective measures.

So moving babies to a safe space, moving an entire hospital to a ship. Where does that stand in the scope of war? Genocide is not being committed in Israel. They are doing everything they can to warn citizens, to give them time to leave, to help those that need help to leave. Also, I doubt any of these protestors voted for Trump, therefore they aren't domestic terrorists.
