1. They do NOT want peace
2. They want to KILL THE JEWS

Not sure what you mean by "fix" and "moving forward".

It can't and won't. None of this gets resolved until first the trib then the SC.

Regardless of what one believes eschatologically, there can be peace between some Arab entities and Israel. We have witnessed them throughout history.

Yes, because Israel has willingly made peace. Palestinians could have had the same deal, they don't want it.
