Perhaps you also notice that when we read the Holy Bible there is always a command from God, from Genesis to Revelation.
And if we will use our own understanding by taking it by letter or in literal meaning, commandments are for different gender (male or female), age (children and adult), status in life (poor and rich) etc.
But if we just ask for God mercy, he will explain by Divine Revelation then we will understand that they are intended to every person.

Therefore: No One is Exempted from All the Commandments of God, from Genesis to Revelation.

God the Father commanded the Israelites to escape from Egypt.

Jesus commanded the multitudes to escape from Scribes & Pharisees wrong doctrine.

No One is Exempted from All Commandments of God.
Everybody is entitled to fulfill the Law from Genesis to Revelation.

Um, no. Hebrews 7:12 says, “For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.” (‭KJV‬‬)
