What I hear is you saying isn't that different from what I've heard a million times. People say signs and wonders are for today then they trot out all kinds of excuses for why they don't happen.
tell me why Paul was not able to heal Trophimus?
that might be why sometimes people aren't healed today.
wouldn't you agree Paul had faith and prayed like God instructed us to do?
so why did God not heal him?

Smacks of the personal dig you protested on page 1I don't wish you ill, I just know better than to waste my time.
i hope the reason surrounds God and His will. my opinions? everything i said can be backed by the Bible. even if Paul did Mark 16, "Trophimus" ended up not healed. So God chose not to heal him even if Mark 16 was done as it is written. There's a reason, but you clearly don't want to hear it; I'm sure you've heard it all before anyway. You don't have any interest in learning anything but only in expressing your own opinions. I learned a long time ago in these forums there's a time to discuss and a time to shut up. This is a time for the latter.
I don't wish you ill, I just know better than to waste my time.
PAUL could not heal any one . It is God who does the healing. Your laying on of hands heals no one.tell me why Paul was not able to heal Trophimus?

well i meant if an Apostle follows God's Word and does not see the results God promises, then God chose to not do it. nothing we can do about it. but it doesn't mean next time it has the same result. it just means God's Will will always be done first and foremost for that specific event even if we do it how the Bible tells us to do it.
i meant no offense. just figuring out who believes in all of the Bible and who believes some of it no longer is for us today. There goes the neighborhood!
Precious friend, thank you - none taken.i meant no offense. just figuring out who believes in all of the Bible and who believes some of it no longer is for us today.
Precious friend, instead of "figuring out what people believe" [the enemy'swe face the same enemy when God gave the Gifts. it seems only logical until the enemy is gone the Gifts will remain.
the article begins with these Gifts were given so the Apostles could preach during the "Great Tribulation." but then claims the Tribulation was put on hold. that is a different viewpoint for sure. but overall, it does state the Gifts are still active this moment we're in now. i agree to that for sure.Precious friend, thank you - none taken.
Precious friend, instead of "figuring out what people believe" [the enemy's
Distraction], should we not "figure out" What God Is Doing Today, Under GRACE?
And IF What He Is Doing Is Different Than What He Required Under The Law?
Wouldn't that be more beneficial?
Did you study the entire article below? I believe it should answer, Biblically,
most if not all of your questions:
The Goal Of The gifts
Please let me know, and we can continue...
GRACE And Peace...
So, Precious friend, you did "read the entire article," and then made thisoverall, it does state the Gifts are still active this moment we're in now. i agree to that for sure.
Actually, the overall article teaches "the gifts are NOT active, Today, Under GRACE!"the article begins with these Gifts were given so the Apostles could preach during the "Great Tribulation." but then claims the Tribulation was put on hold. that is a different viewpoint for sure.
