The Bible does not say anything about burning fossil fuels into the atmosphere. So then it is "allowed". Simple as that, isn't it?
However, even Bible readers cannot escape the laws of physics. And these laws are crystal clear: Burning of fossil fuels cause global warming and the man-made climate crisis we are now experiencing. So even if the Bible doesn't explicitly mention it, we should not do it.
