I have figured out how they can find out who left the cocaine and clear Hunter's name from the ugly insinuation that it was him.
Cocaine can show up for months in a test of your hair. I would recommend they give everyone a blood test and take a sample of their hair to clear people. The blood test will show who has recently used cocaine in the last two days whereas the hair test will be able to show you who has used it for the last few months.
You eliminate everyone who passes the hair test and focus in on those who fail the hair test and especially if they fail the blood test.
The good news is the WhiteHouse has a 0 tolerance policy for drug use and they require every single person working there to be tested!
So there you go, problem solved. Even if you can't prove the person left the bag of cocaine there the hair test should be sufficient to terminate their employment.

We also need cameras so that we can see a videotape of who was and was not in the Whitehouse. Then what we need is some forensic tools where they can lift fingerprints off the plastic bag as well as in the vicinity of the bag of cocaine. Then we also need the ability to do drug testing of people. If you narrowed this down to 20 suspects you could eliminate people who can show they have not used cocaine in weeks or even months.

The only medical procedure would be to take a hair sample. I read that the federal government and the Whitehouse has a 0 tolerance policy concerning drug use so there is nothing "forced" here, if you took the job you agreed to drug tests.
Visitors are not allowed in that area, other than Biden's family and it can't be one of them. Which is why they have concluded they can't find a suspect.
I wasn't calling for more laws, I was lamenting that the tools the rest of the world has seem to be missing from the Whitehouse which is why they are the laughingstock of the whole world.
