Right now we have several major crisis: we just sent the 101st airborne to Ukraine, Xi has become the emperor of China clearly focused on seizing Taiwan and eliminating anyone who would object, inflation is at an all time high, 8 million people have crossed our border, and the election is only 15 days away. If I was president I wouldn't even know where to start. But that is the difference between Joe Biden and me. Joe sat down today in high level meetings that were televised so the rest of the country could know he was on the job. He had a representative of the trans community in the oval office talking about the need to let minors get sex altering surgery without their parents knowing.

They are up about 4% from a year ago. That means for the average home buyer they have lost $100k in buying power. However, the best analysts are saying that the interest rates must go higher than the inflation rate. Despite them telling you that the inflation rate is 8% it is significantly higher. As a result I am hearing that mortgage rates must go over 10%. This means the guy who formerly could afford a $500k house will not be able to afford the $250k house.
I don't think there is such a thing as a 100k house. Land for a small lot is generally 100k.

That is not a balanced account. On the plus side Biden doesn't bother anyone with tweets at 3am.
If Biden is going to announce nuclear Armageddon, he does it at a respectable hour like 3pm.
