Actually 'frank and beans' were my words, he wasn't so subtle.

But I wonder ... maybe he had been molested and was angrily looking for payback.

I think they are rebooting the site to get rid of malware (not sure if that is the correct terms but yeah..,slow connection
 
No, they're doing routine server maintenance, hence the warning in large red letters up top...
