Hi everyone. I have a video to show how the Devil is worming his way into the church. When I watched it, I was impressed by the accuracy & content. I would like you to view it & comment on it. I thought it was somewhat lop-sided but otherwise very good.
Please don't think I'm pushing an issue down anyone's throat, that's not my intentions at all.
I think churches should show such videos to their people esp. in the days we live in.
I would ask you once you see the spiritual value of this video that you would recommend it to friends & family.
May God open our eyes to the sneakiness of our enemy. :)

This is well presented and accurate. I would not expect many 'seeker sensitive' churches to address the issue though.

I've always believed that we should dress modestly in our worship fellowships. I certainly think that skimpy outfits should be avoided for both men and women. I'm generally a jeans and dress or sports shirt type.

Blatantly fake and photoshopped thumbnail. Click bait.
At no point is the person in the thumbnail in the video. Click bait.
Sensational title. Click bait.
Half the video is exhibiting images of what the creator must deem as examples of what he is speaking against.
Zero examples of anyone in church like this.
Personally I'm not a fan of click bait titles and thumbnails and won't watch when channels use this deceptive and dishonest tactic. Especially not for a Christian video.

What church do you go to?

Idk its not really a problem in our church. I mean some of those women in the video were just dressing in a simple black dress so I don't get the issue. I don't see women showing their belly there. Or dressing like a hooker there.

Showing too much arm skin? Too much leg I can maybe understand. But it's mostly man made.

Nowadays I'd be more concerned about a man walking into church in a black dress.

I understand. It definitely irks me when they think they have to go over the top with their advertising page. Let the anointing break the yoke & the Spirit bring the conviction. That's not our job.
I do however think the ministry part is good & the scriptures properly used. It's all too easy to accommodate sin when it comes in a little at a time & slowly works its way into the church.
As far as these people NOT actually in the church, I'm glad it's not in yours but it IS there. I live in the Bible belt & I've seen it.

But, for me, these speak to character. Especially if it's supposed to be a ministry. Being dishonest and deceitful in the name of ministry does not sit well with me.
Also I did not try to bring conviction to anyone. I pointed out the inherent problems so others, here, can have some foreknowledge and decide for themselves.
Admittedly this is personal and subjective, but I find people who use the term 'satanic' tend to use it frequently. Especially youtube creators. But it makes for a catchy headline.
I live in the south myself. Though, due to disability, I've not been to church in years. So I'm not able to see it for myself, but my point was that the Video was discussing it, but gave no actual examples. I gave no debate on whether or not it happens.
When i was going to church I did sometimes see people dressed in ways I didn't think were appropriate, though.
"It's all too easy to accommodate sin when it comes in a little at a time".
You mean like making excuses for lying and dishonesty for a ministry? How is that any different?

I think many churches focus on the wrong things. And this has lead to churches being filled with non-Christians and untaught Christians. So nothing really shocks me that happens at churches anymore. It should be expected the way they are now.
For example I saw a video of protestors outside of Joel Osteens church (not a fan, myself). A congregant was on her way into the service and got sidetracked by the protestors. Basically, in her dress up church clothes, on her way to church, she decided to physically assault one of the protestors. Christian protestors.

The reasons they give no examples is they are staying away from naming people, denominations, & churches.

The thing that got my attention was there were no men mentioned.
A regular guy can dress both hot & rich. If a man wears a $600 clingly suit that shows off his physique he is asking to be looked at.
It can be sex, admiration, pride, to make others jealous.... these are just a few examples where being dressed with the wrong motivations are & have always been sinful.

None of that is necessary to give out to show an image, one that's not photoshopped in, of course.

No answer to my question eh? Got it. That is still a revealing answer.

That is one aspect (and this ties in with the way people dress). The other aspect (which is even more critical) is the neglect of proper teaching, and the failure to present the full and true Gospel.

I get the fact that this video isn't perfect & some things ARE over the top
HOW would you put this video together? Go into an actual service & be escorted off the grounds? Get sued by the church? Making it on the front page of the paper?
One would have to piece it together from random pics to keep personalties & lawsuits out. It's much cheaper to do this on a laptop than take a whole crew with you. Many more people can post these videos when they're cheaper to produce & I personally wish them godspeed than pick their work apart.
I don't agree with it all...
but how can I judge them when I'm not doing it?

Want me to answer you when you won't answer me, twice? 😂😂
As I stated before, it tells me all I need to know. No point in discussing it any further.

complete joke, as most people are who complain about how other people dress. either set a dress code or don't, it's that simple.

$600 isn't all that high for suits these days. What is a pastor supposed to wear?
