I think this is getting close to what the OP is about methinks:

(1Co 2:14) But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
(1Co 2:15) But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
(1Co 2:16) For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

Having the mind of Christ..

Gal 2: 20. I am crucified with Christ nevertheless I live, yet not I, but Christ lives within me and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Gal 5: 24. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

to think, speak & act like Jesus as a born again christian your whole life. also to constantly admit, identify, recognize & correct your faults every day with Christian edification. i installed that in my "salvation package", which is 1. salvation 2. surrendering 3. plan fulfillment 4. healing & 5. constant Christian edification. but all this is much better accomplished in a relaxed, fun, joyous & even comedic way. we all love comedy so incorporate it in you self teaching!

According to DJT_47 water baptism is the key!
Have we looked at that?
Acts 2:36-40

Acts 2:36-40

36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.
37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.
40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

Since being "in Christ" is a spiritual reality, water baptism is not the key. I simply pointed out that for one individual that is deemed to be the key to salvation. Which is completely false.

What does it mean to be in Christ?
God made a promise to Abraham that he would be the father of many nations

“And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying, As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.

Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭17:3-5‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Later he adds this detail that this would come to pass through abrahams seed his son

“And the angel of the LORD called unto Abraham out of heaven the second time, and said, By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son: that in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore;

and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭22:15-18‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Jesus is that promised son of Abraham that would bless all nations and make them Abraham’s children and therefore hiers of the promise to Abraham regarding his seed

“The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭1:1‬ ‭KJV‬‬

What that means regarding your question is this

“For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:27-29‬ ‭

So you see the gospel is a promise made to Abraham not to Abram regarding the Jews but to Abraham regarding all nations

“Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:7-9‬ ‭KJV‬‬

to be in christ means you hear the gospel and believe it’s true this will lead one to be convicted and get baptized for remission of sins knowing who Jesus is , that’s what being in Christ means you hear and believe the gospel and because you do that you get baptized in his name and follow and believe his doctrine because again you believe what the prophets and law said about the messiah beforehand d you believe what the apostles and prophets said after you believe the gospel and get baptized this puts one in Christ and you become his disciple and follow after your lord in whom you believe this means your abiding in Christ and it places you here

“Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:”
‭‭2 John‬ ‭1:9-10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

You come to know truth and freedom

“Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
‭‭John‬ ‭8:31-32‬

that’s to believers of Jesus they come to know Gods free gift offer of life and thier eternal judgement

“For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭5:22, 24‬ ‭

that puts us in Christ to truly and completely put your faith in him puts you in him puts his spirit in you and your life is promised by the giver of life

This is to be in Christ when simplified

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;

but he that believeth not shall be damned.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16:15-16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

In this context, "pricked in their heart" means that they were deeply moved by what they heard and felt a sense of conviction or remorse for their actions¹. It means that they were overwhelmed with what they heard and recognized the absolute truthfulness of what was being said².

Since being "in Christ" is a spiritual reality, water baptism is not the key. I simply pointed out that for one individual that is deemed to be the key to salvation. Which is completely false.
“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16:15-16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus. And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized? And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him. And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭8:35-39‬ ‭KJV‬‬

how many baptisms do you imagine there are since your sayong “ water baptism “ you must be saying there’s another baptism that Philip didn’t know about because he baptized in water this new believer of Jesus and the gospel

are you saying Philip was practicing a false baptism because he baptized in water ? Is there another baptism they should have known about ?

“There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4:4-6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

if there’s one baptism and they ( the apostles and disciples in the Bible ) we’re baptizing in water from John all the way to the end of the New Testament at what point does “ water baptism “ become some irrelevant second baptism that’s not really baptism ?

philip clearly baptized in water and Peter celery commands it to gentiles

“While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter, Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭10:44-48‬ ‭KJV‬‬

What other form of baptism is there in the Bible ? Which stereo clearly there’s one baptism and clearly they were baptizing in water stating Jesus name

The idea that there are two forms of baptism there just the one baptism God established when he sent the one baptizer in the Bible lol to prepare people for Christ offering remission of sins like the Old Testament repeatedly promised

eother philip and Peter had baptism wrong and did it on water or maybe possibly you have come to a wrong conclusion

ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
‭‭John‬ ‭8:31-32‬
John 8:36 plus Romans 8:2 If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. For in Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set you free from the law of sin and death. :)

According to scripture baptism is ONE of the elements of salvation. I never said nor do the scriptures say or infer that's all that's necessary; it isn't, but it is as essential as belief.

One could argue that the promise goes back all the way to the garden.
yep agreed even to the first man created

“which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭3:38‬ ‭KJV‬‬

but scripturally the gospe always returns to Abraham and the promise of Jesus the messiah

eve also received a promise that Christ would be born and overcome the serpent so ininderstand what your saying I’m just saying doctrinally it always goes back here and here only

Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭51:2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

if you think about it God told Abraham he was going to. Less all people through him so not sort of always returns to that promise the first thing he said to Abraham in scripture even Abram the Hebrew beforehand

“Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee: and I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: and I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭12:1-3‬ ‭KJV‬‬

This is why it always dates back to Abraham and not Noah or Enoch or Seth only because the Word of God declared the promise to Abraham only in preparation to fulfill all his words in the ot as he did

jesus is the seed of promise given to Abraham the redeemer of mankind the savior and messiah the sacrifice the high priest and great shepherd of the flock

it always returns to the promise God made to Abraham when he gave him a new name ( that’s where our new identity came from also as Abraham’s promise worked so it comes to us we aren’t who we were either but Godbhas made us a new promise like as to Abraham an eternal family his children forever
