Thanks. I used to hold to the Giants theory of the great flood. Things just didn't add up. It wasn't what the Bible said. I later found out that many held to the sons of God + daughters of men = giants like Jack in the beanstalk or bigger, because they inserted into the Genesis text the book of Enoch.
I don't believe that was written by Enoch or inspired by God. But I'm getting off the thread topic.

There's enough details in both books to see that there were two different authors and totally different giants.
The non-biblical book of Enoch has some outlandish claims that make Gulliver's Travels giant look small in comparison.

But I wouldnt put height restrictions on anyone, people cant really help how tall or short they are. I mean yes thats why high heels were invented, but otherwise you cant shrink people or blow them up
They can only really expand or contract sideways, but even then for some people, they just stay the same size.
I dont know what the thing is with some peoples obesity problems though. I just thought they ate too much sugar, or maybe ate junk food when nobody was looking.
I mean how can it be if, say you go to boarding school or an inistitution where everyone has the same dinners or restricted menu, that you would get a problem with obesity? It dont make sense. They must either be eating something extra, or the only thing I can think is they pregnant without realising it?
