The video describes the salesmen of Big Pharma compassing sea and land, spending thousands of dollars on doctors to get them to go along with Big Pharma. The crime for the salesmen is not prescribing the drugs, that is on the doctors, the crime for them is what the Lord said here, paying any price to get a proselyte and making them twofold more a child of hell than the salesman. People try to say that "they didn't do anything wrong" because they weren't the doctor, the Lord isn't buying it.
