The chats can't be entered from a browser, so I'm not sure what sites chat you're getting on, but it's not this sites. The only way to get on the chats is through the app.
You gave zero details, for anyone to help. Didn't state if you're on a pad, phone or pc. Or Mac. Or Linux. Is the app opening, but the chats aren't loading? Does it give you a message?
You said you can get on with your browser, then turn around and say "i cannot get on from the same application". That's a 100% contradiction.
As suggested perhaps put a post in User2User Tech with more details.
