Basically you have to apply for health insurance, and they have a special one in Arizona (my state in the U.S.) that is for people with no income. Thankfully I was accepted.
Yes! Basically it's based on your income bracket, so I'm assuming if you lived here and couldn't work or only worked under a certain pay bracket you'd get it too
