The word Christ means Anointed.

Are you saying that Anointed was created by Anointed?
im saying that's the ridiculous conclusion of your position that He is a created being, because He created any and all beings that were created.

so to believe as you do, you are forced to either reject the scripture or to believe He created Himself.

No. He was saying that He pre-existed Abraham. Remember John 17:5.
go back and have a look at what the experts in the scripture, who devoted their whole lives to studying and understanding the Tanakh did when they heard Him say that.

they did not think He was saying He is really old. they understood He was making Himself out to be equivalently THE ANCIENT OF DAYS.

Incorrect. How do you respond to John 17:5?
with Isaiah 42:8

John 17:5 is yet another powerful proof that Jesus Christ is God

How do you respond to the hundreds of verses in the Christ is God thread?

You responded by refusing to read them.

I am overwhelmed by your powerful language. What does Isaiah 42:8 say?

John 17:5 NASB20 - "And now You, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world existed.

That is a difficult thing to do. I am not that smart.
it is a VERY difficult thing to accept.

God appearing in flesh, being born a man, and dying for us is NOT something humans would ever conceive of.

it is a proof that the Bible was not written by men, but is the word of God - this is something we cannot fully understand and does not make any sense in our human way of thinking.

I am overwhelmed by your powerful language. What does Isaiah 42:8 say?
it says God does not share His glory with anyone.

But John 17:5 says Christ shares all. of God's glory and has ever since before anything was created.

The only conclusion to that is that He Himself is God.

@JacobMartinMertens

I have one last thing to say to you.

The Trinity is a MIRACLE. A miracle is something wonderful and amazing! …and it is unfathomable! It cannot be comprehended by the mind. However, by faith, a Christian will believe it. We see the evidence of the Trinity in His Word, the Bible.

Throughout Scripture there is a plurality in Oneness. God created mankind, yet there are two types of beings, that when united- are one. They also have a Spiritual component, which seems to indicate another layer. God, Jesus, Holy Spirit- yet they are one. It goes beyond human comprehension and into the realm of faith. By faith we believe.

What is the trinity?
Relationship is central in the understanding of the Trinity, without it, there is no understanding of God. The Trinity is The Father, of God, the Son, of God, and the Holy Spirit, of God, and They are One.

What is the trinity?
That we worship one God in trinity and the trinity in unity,
neither blending their persons
nor dividing their essence.
For the person of the Father is a distinct person,
the person of the Son is another,
and that of the Holy Spirit still another.
But the divinity of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit is one,
their glory equal, their majesty coeternal.

What quality the Father has, the Son has, and the Holy Spirit has.
The Father is uncreated,
the Son is uncreated,
the Holy Spirit is uncreated.

The Father is immeasurable,
the Son is immeasurable,
the Holy Spirit is immeasurable.

The Father is eternal,
the Son is eternal,
the Holy Spirit is eternal.

And yet there are not three eternal beings;
there is but one eternal being.
So too there are not three uncreated or immeasurable beings;
there is but one uncreated and immeasurable being.

Similarly, the Father is almighty,
the Son is almighty,
the Holy Spirit is almighty.
Yet there are not three almighty beings;
there is but one almighty being.

Thus the Father is God,
the Son is God,
the Holy Spirit is God.
Yet there are not three gods;
there is but one God.

Thus the Father is Lord,
the Son is Lord,
the Holy Spirit is Lord.
Yet there are not three lords;
there is but one Lord.

What is the trinity?
The trinity is God in three persons, which make up one Godhead. It's not one God manifesting three different ways. In other words, God didn't stop being the Father to become the Son; likewise He didn't stop being the Father to become the Holy Spirit. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit coexist and have always coexisted from eternity, but they are one. The difference is subtle but important.

Colossians 1:18
He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.

If there were ever anything that were able to disrupt the relationship within The Trinity, all things, everything whether visible ofr invisible, would implode. Satan has tried to disrupt this Unity and failed.

Even when being found as a Man, the Son kept the Unity through His obedience and faith.
